LouBSB - Blakeman 11U Defeat Indiana Bulls 11U Black 5-2

Indiana Bulls 11U Black got on the board in the top of the first inning after Kian S singled down the right field line, and LouBSB - Blakeman 11U dropped a third strike, each scoring one run.

LouBSB - Blakeman 11U captured the lead, 4-2, in the bottom of the first when Braxton G singled, scoring two runs, Lathan F grounded out, scoring one run, and Davis R singled, scoring one run.

Lathan pitched three innings in relief for LouBSB - Blakeman 11U. The pitcher surrendered two hits and zero runs while, striking out one and walking one. Zaiden W began the game for LouBSB - Blakeman 11U. The starter surrendered three hits and two runs over two innings, striking out three and walking one.

Braxton provided pop in the middle of the lineup, and led LouBSB - Blakeman 11U with two runs batted in. The left-handed hitter went 1-for-2 on the day. Gavyn S, Bryce W, Lathan, Zaiden, Davis, Easton B, Drake M, and Braxton each collected one hit for LouBSB - Blakeman 11U.

LouBSB - Blakeman 11U Breeze Past Leathernecks - Thomas 11U 11-3

LouBSB - Blakeman 11U got on the board in the top of the third inning after Gavyn S singled down the left field line, and Braxton G hit a sacrifice fly, each scoring one run.

LouBSB - Blakeman 11U scored five runs on four hits in the top of the fifth inning. Braxton singled, scoring one run, an error scored two runs, Easton B singled, scoring one run, and Hunter J singled, scoring one run.

Easton led things off on the hill for LouBSB - Blakeman 11U. The starting pitcher surrendered two hits and one run over three innings, striking out five and walking none. Braxton tossed two innings of shutout ball for LouBSB - Blakeman 11U in relief. The lefty surrendered zero hits, striking out two and walking one.

Gavyn and Easton each collected two hits for LouBSB - Blakeman 11U. Easton and Braxton each drove in two runs for LouBSB - Blakeman 11U. Drake M paced LouBSB - Blakeman 11U with two walks. Overall, the team had patience at the plate, accumulating six walks for the game. Drake stole two bases. LouBSB - Blakeman 11U ran wild on the base paths, amassing six stolen bases for the game.

There is a whole lot of magic that happens before the first pitch is even thrown, and most of it doesn’t have a box score.

Behind every jersey is a mom who is the ultimate MVP of the season. You’re the ones managing the chaotic carpools, scrubbing out stubborn stains at 10:00 PM, and making sure the cooler is packed with just enough drinks and snacks to get through a long tournament day.

More importantly, you’re the steady voice in the dugout of their minds—the one who offers a hug after a tough strikeout and the loudest cheer after a base hit. You invest your weekends, your miles, and your whole heart into making sure these boys get to play the game they love.

Coach Lee is fired up because the team just gave our moms the ultimate Mother’s Day gift: the top seed and NO 8:00 AM game! ✋💤 Louisville Baseball Club has officially locked down the #1 spot, meaning Mom gets to sleep in before the boys take care of business on the diamond.
