At the end of 6 weeks we like to look back and see how the hard work paid off. ๐๐ช I am so proud of each of the ladies who completed the past 6 weeks! ๐ Some choose not to share their pictures publicly and that is fine. ๐ They know how they did and should feel so proud of themselves! ๐ Our March Madness challenge winner lost 7.75 inches and 8.5 lbs (not pictured below)!! ๐
Some of these are more than 6 weeks. Progress is progress, no matter how long it takes! Small changes add up over time!
It is not fast! ๐There is no easy button! ๐ These ladies are simply making small, daily, consistent, changes that are sustainable for long term health benefits! Consistency, not perfection! ๐ฏ
Some things just aren't captured in pictures. ๐ธ We set non-scale goals and celebrate those victories as well! ๐ We love functional fitness for longevity of life! ๐ต๐ช๐ฅฐ
