Jose and I started working together immediately after his last show towards his next show in 7 weeks from now. His conditioning was not all the way there on his last showing as you see in the pic on the left. However, when we started together we discussed and made a game plan to change that! True conditioning isn’t just some glute lines. As you see he was lean but we are aiming for peeled! Within 12 weeks we have accomplished true conditioning and have 7 more weeks to cruise, reel back towards the end stages and fill out properly without all the junk food and nonsense I see out there! Get ready early find what works during peak week, reduce stress and allow the body to be at its best closer to show time. That’s the proper way!
