*REMINDER* Tomorrow is the Super Heroes 5K Walk/Run. This event is organized by "The Roll Call Foundation", a local non-profit supporting Military Veterans, 1st Responders, and children with special needs.

Weather looks great. Come out with you fellow Aspen Row Members on Saturday to get some exercise and support a great cause!

Welcome our latest trainer to the Aspen Row Family: Shane Wilson

Shane’s story:
“I’ve struggled with my weight my whole life. I attempted to use my weight as an advantage during my football career but was still not healthy and certainly not happy.

The COVID pandemic only worsened the situation. With sports cancelled and fitness centers closed, my weight increased to an all time high of 320lbs. I had to do something.

Research, followed by routine workouts, and a re-thinking of my eating habits began to show results. As expected, I began to drop weight and felt better and better as my health improved. But then something happened that I hadn’t planned on… I found myself sharing my methods with my friends to assist them in attaining their fitness goals! This unplanned side effect was extremely rewarding for me and lead me to attend classes to obtain my ISSA Certified Personal Trainer accreditation. Now I can help guide countless others through their transformation journeys.”
