This August marks 30 years teaching in Louisburg. 30 years of bumps/bruises, sweaty classes, laughs, tears, pain and work. We have had tons come through the dojo to train. Some have had short stints while others have been there for years. As the 30 year anniversary hits this August we would love to hear/see what past students are up to now.

Saw this quote and it very much stuck with me after last nights class.. Growth is hard to see in ourselves, it might be small sometimes but it is there. Saw a lot of good this week, and look forward to everyone's bar being raised.

Dojo Peeps- with Louisburg canceling practices for Monday night and now canceling school for Tuesday 1/7 we will go ahead and follow suit. No CLASS for Monday 1/6.
