"NEW" NATHAN did an awesome job this past weekend!!!
New England Region SCCA .midnight madness at Thompson Speedway Motorsports Park was COOL, uneventful and FUN!
Its always fun to work with young drivers, they listen and learn. The nerves were apparent Friday morning, after Doug Leonard worked his magic those were gone and all smiles.
Ended up picking up speed, times got better and finished 3rd in his CRE event. Thanks to great car prep, driver coaching and fun atmosphere Overtime Racing brings to every event Nathan has decided to take on Palmer next month with us!!!

Our track support customers had a good weekend as well!! Larry had a good weekend but didn't race the night race, just afternoon.
Nathan Loos ran every lap and finished ✅️ ✔️ 👍
He has had a tough year but its all coming together nicely!! Special thanks to Christopher Merced

AUGUST 13TH IS WORLDWIDE ORGAN DONATION AWARENESS DAY!!!!
If Jonathan connors hadn't been an organ donor doug would not be here doing what he loves!!
Doug received his perfect ♥️and saved his life!!
There are many misconceptions about organ donation!!

Tin work is so much easier with proper tooling, 5th car we have done tin work in this year!! Use to dread these jobs, but with Wehrs Machine & Racing Products products it is actually fun now!!

***********UPDATES***********
New renter Nathan (a different Nathan for those keeping score) is ready to go for New England Region SCCA midnight madness at Thompson Speedway Motorsports Park next week!! Hes running CRE to get used to weekend formats and help with new racing nerves!! Nathan has years of Karting wins but Spec Miata is a little different. Matt Morin can attest to this!!

GT2 NEW BUILD UPDATE!
Howe Racing Enterprises chassis is coming along nicely!! Engine is in at rules.height BUT waiting on rack to get delivered to finalize motor mounts. Front "X" brace is made to fit this engine/accessory package.......
Rad and oil cooler are 100%
Remote oil filter, trany cooler pump and oil tank are licated and mounted.
Aluminum belly pans are almost finished, Christopher Merced is milking the s**t out of that job!!! Belly pans will serve 2 purposes- lead and trany cooler mounts however more important to seal car off. Aero is so important in this game!!!
Just ask Jr Fitzpatrick, he's king of that!!

We still have plenty of rentals coming up, we are all very thankful for this break..... need to get caught up in the shop!

BRAND NEW BUILD!!
New customer and friend TOM, after battling some issues and having a "woopsie" has decided it's "TIME"! Thanks to the outstanding job Nathan Saxon Racing did at Thompson Speedway Motorsports Park and Overtime Racing crew does building fast cars!! He's going with a local, EXPERIENCED and dedicated team that knows how to build TA2 AND GT2 CARS!! Otr utilizes their house chassis and Howe Racing Enterprises chassis. We are going with a howe car for this build!!
Swapping drive train and what's left of the body is all that's going in new car!! everything else will be brand new!!
His old car is for sale as a partial roller, if interested please reach out.
CAR will be at New England Region SCCA event later this year!!
Need a new TUBE FRAME , FAST AND PERFECTLY BUILT TA2 OR GT2 CAR? WE DO THAT!!

WEEKEND UPDATE!! 3 WINS-1SECOND!! New England Region SCCA major was HOT but Thompson Speedway Motorsports Park kept the track perfect for all!!
Our guest FF driver made big gains all weekend, constantly improving and by Sunday mornings feature was able to hold on and WIN!! Congrats DRIVER!!

THAT HOT SHOE Nathan Saxon Racing was able to set fast time in qualifying, WIN SATURDAY AND FINISHED A HARD FOUGHT 2ND SUNDAY AFTERNOON!! We are very proud of his achievements all weekend!! Never sitting in a gt2 car before to being a front runner was awesome to be part of!! While the Overtime Racing team strives for Wins every time out, we will settle for 2nd!!

WE CANT THANK ENOUGH ALL THAT HELP US OUT DO WHAT WE LOVE!!
