Such a wonderful Howliday Party with some of our Wolves. 🐺 Incredible food, Amazing company, Great gift exchange, and finished out with Fun games!! What a fantastic way to (almost) cap off our year.

An unexpectedly glorious day greeted our CIM marathoners yesterday morning! Forecast called for rain & thunderstorms and fortunately the weather gods played nice! Clouds broke just as the race was to start and our crew were able to race in basically perfect conditions!

With 22 Wolves toeing the line (a new club record!)… we were bound to get some incredible results, both as a team and individually!

Leading the charge, and only 2 seconds off our club record, was with a 2:26:04 PR clocking. His time put him as the 122nd OA finisher on the day! Close in tow were & with finishes in the top 250 of this amazing field.

On the Women’s side, our top 3 ladies finished within 90sec of each other, with leading the way at 2:52:36, making her our 3rd fastest female on this CIM course. Both and would cross the line with shiny new PRs while cracking the top 200!

In club record news, our men’s & women’s scoring teams (top 3 cumulative times) both set new records of 7:32:04 & 8:39:49, respectively!

It was a great day to be a Wolf and it showed! Congrats to all 🧡🐺

Congrats to our 10 Wolves who all absolutely crushed it at this year!! At the end of the day, we walked away with 7 PR’s, 4 new marks added to our Top 10 List, 3 ladies dipping under 3, and 1 happy debut!

Leading the charge for our crew was with his 2:41:55 clocking. & finished out our open men’s team with their 2:50 & 2:54 finishes.

Our Masters men were led by .mawdsley’s 2:51 showing. With a PR time of 3:03, chopped 22min off his just 4 weeks earlier. And had a successful 3:29 debut!

On the ladies side, our new Sub-3 crew ran strong together the whole race until the final miles when opened it up and stopped the clock at 2:55, which was a 9min PR over her recent time. was 30sec back with a 17min PR! And just making it in with 9 seconds to spare, finished with a 2:59:51 even with a potty stop. One of our biggest PR’s of the day (22min) was run by with her 3:33 clocking!!

It was a great day to be a Wolf and they had the support of many friends and teammates that made the trek up to cheer them on. 🤗 Thank you to the CIM folks who put on a wonderfully organized event. This race is definitely one of our favorites!!

🧡🐺 What.A.Day! 🐺🧡

Wolfpack hosted the storied Golden Gate Park XC Open again this year and we truly can’t thank everyone enough for being a part of it! We had over 400 entrants participate and almost all the adult teams had representation.

Big thanks to everyone who raced, volunteered, officiated, timed and cheered. And also, thank you to for donating some fun brews for everyone to enjoy post-race! It was truly a great day!

Still incredibly amazed and so happy for as she punched her ticket to the Olympic Games in Tokyo with her victory in the 20k Racewalk last weekend. Her time of 1:35:13 basically averaged out to ~7:40 per mile!!! Blazing!!

We kicked off the 2020 Grand Prix Road Race Series with our annual trip up to Redding for the NorCal 10-mile. The weather gods played nice and gave us a dry morning which allowed for some quick times, age group placings, and new marks on our AT List.

led the crew with a 7th place showing and the 2nd fastest time in club history of 54:14. Also posting a big PR and putting himself in the #2 slot on our Masters AT List was .mawdsley with a sub-60min clocking. On the women’s side, led our ladies while finishing as the 3rd Masters runner (40+ AG) too! #

More races in Atlanta! The Publix , Half & 5k were contested this morning and we had 3 Wolves in attendance.
In the 5k, came in hot with a top 10 showing and was just off his PR on this hilly course. He finished 4th in his AG (25-29) and 7th overall with a 16:10 clocking. On the women’s side, ran a solid 19:41 which was good enough to win her 45-49 AG, finish as the 3rd Masters runner, and place 13th F.OA. A solid way to close out our memorable Atlanta race weekend!

She did it!! 🎉 Big time kudos and cheers to who competed with the nation’s best at the US Olympic Team Marathon Trials this morning. Only our 2nd Wolf in club history to compete in the Trials!

Dubbed “HILLanta” by the event hosts, the challenging course coupled with those crazy winds made it a tough one out there for many! But Julie pressed hard and came in with a 2:58 clocking.

We are always so proud of you, Julie! Can’t wait to watch you only get stronger over these next 4 years for another crack at it!! 💪🏼 🐺🧡
