The cut officially starts today 🤭
I’m following the same approach that helped me lean out ~8lbs last time:
• Maintaining strength
• Fueling performance
• Moving more daily
• Staying consistent
No crazy amounts of cardio.
No crazy restrictions.
No fad diets.
