Latinas Take Charge provides strategic coaching, professional development and counseling for Latinas. The core services that will be offered from day one will be:

• Individual Sessions includes ongoing reinforcement to support Strategic Coaching program, professional development coaching, leadership, career or management coaching.

• Group confidential includes strategic personal planning and implementation, professional plans and implementation, and leadership development.

• Packages Sessions (Two Year Strategic mindset Program): these quarterly workshops include strategic planning, peer advisory counseling, marketing, money blue print reprograming, work/life balance implementation.

• Monthly Membership for on Demand Coaching (for time restricted clients) includes but is not limited to, private and objective personal or professional coaching, affordable and managed "on-demand," access to coaching via phone/email.

• Beginning in year two (2015), Latinas Take Charge will provide a separate and comprehensive career counseling service which will include but will not be limited to, resumé assistance, interviewing skills, job seeking strategies and networking opportunities.
