Fitness Aerial Love - Kristen Swain I'll be providing tips for aerial yoga, yoga and fitness. Also sharing my recipes, health and wellne From there my desire to acquire strength grew.

I am here to share my happiness and passion which Ive come upon through fitness and its many styles to achieve Health and wellness! My personal journey started in 2011 with Pole Fitness which had me literally head over heels for a couple years. My practice was very chill at this point only one day a week. Two years in I had a bit of financial instability and had to cut some costs, and pole unfortu

nately became one of them. Also my goal of growing myself some glutes that salute! So once I was able I started taking a fitness class at my old pole studio called Abs and Assets taught by Cat Laundry. She was my muse and encouraged me in many ways as well as getting certified to teach Aerial Yoga and landing me my current job at Believe Fitness. During this as well I fell into Hot Yoga at Core Power which was another love that I pursued for a couple years! Which yoga is still very dominant in my practice and I've come to teach occasionally at Bionic Body in my friends absence, Heather Glo. I also take classes at Bionic Body which I've been engaged in for 2 years now, they offer circuit training which is where Ive acquired strength, endurance among other awesome things and came to find enjoyment of weight training and becoming a personal trainer! Im also involved with Aerial Yoga Goddess Margie Pargie's training to further my skills and knowledge! Tuesday: 8am Power Yoga Hot 8 Yoga South Bay
6pm Virtual Yoga on Zoom

Wednesday: 4:15pm Sculpt 5:30pm Power Yoga Yoga Six Redondo Beach
8pm Yin and Sound Bath Hot 8 Yoga
