Spring is in the air!!
Are you ready to feel good, feel free and take on every adventures with a resounding : YES! Then let’s go!!
I’ve alway loved the - equal amounts of challenge and body pain. When I turned 40 I put on my bucket list 10 more half marathons before 44 and I did it. Then I wanted to do the TCS New York City Marathon in 2015 with my husband to mark our 10th anniversary and I was not well. My knees hurt and my strength was part of the problem. I had gained only a few pounds but the 6 pounds gained wreaked havic on my knees and lower back.
I ❤️ running so I didn’t drop the idea of doing that marathon-I planned on a later date and done ☑️
Now I run less in my 50s, and I focus on healthy organs, joints, good mental-head-space, being free to try new adventures and being happy with my life and choices in everything (that means habits, partners and friends).😉
Toxicity in the air, at work, in relationships and in food will bring you down, draw you in and push you down a peg or two; and life is meant to be LIVED, and lived WELL!
So darn it, I am saying it loud, proud and now:
🗣️HEAR me— be your BEST YOU and love that YOU; and make the changes YOU need to be the flyest YOU EVER!! I hope you see the operative word to motivate YOU here… (you🥰)
