The most effective way to lose fat...
Start your morning by drinking 3 cups of coffee with sugar and a donut. I mean... really get your insulin and cortisol spiked after a night of not sleeping well.
Then get so busy with work and doing things for everyone else that you "forget to eat."
Grab a bar and a cheese stick at 3 pm.
Then, at 7 pm, eat approximately 75% of your pantry.
Go ahead and fill some of those missed calories with wine, too. 3 glasses should do the trick. Enough to lower inhibition.
Then, go back for the other 25% of the pantry. The "bad foods" when you only eat when you are in the IDGAS mood.
Oh...you have already done that? 😃
