👉🏼 2 movement patterns I will always carry in my programming, for myself and for my clients:

The SQUAT & The HINGE.

The modality/variation may change based on equipment availability, individual needs & goals, personal preference… but the movement pattern stays 👊🏼.

Shown in the video:
Squat warm up set: 4p x 5
Top set Smith Machine squat: 6p x 8
Top set DBs RDL: 60kg x 12

💡Tech note: when using a smith machine with angled rails, the direction you face matters. Facing one direction vs. the other, changes the bar path relative to your body.

A) Bar moves backwards as you descend: more hip contribution.
B) Bar moves forward as you descend: more knee flexion (potentially resembling some of the mechanics of a Hack Squat).

MASTER the pattern —> Choose the right TOOL —> PROGRESS over time.

It was months of relentless commitment, consistent communication, complete adherence to the plan, and trust in the process.

After three shows this season:

Doc Audrey finished the season by cleaning up:

🏆 1st Place Masters 35+
🏆 1st Place Open Bikini
🏆 Overall Champion
🏆 2 PRO CARDS

Results like these don’t happen by accident.

No shortcuts.
No excuses.
Just commitment.

Audrey, I couldn’t be prouder of what you’ve accomplished.
You earned every single trophy (swords included lol), every title, and every pro card.
Watching you grow, not only as an athlete, but as a person, has been incredibly rewarding.

This is exactly why I always say:

ELITE is Earned. NOT Given.

This journey is proof that when coach and athlete work as one team, incredible things can happen.

Despite an incredibly demanding career and family life, Audrey never missed a single weekly check-in.

Now, we’re 2 shows down, with 1 more to go. 🎯

After next week’s show, we’ll wrap up the 2026 season with a well-earned break from competing. This will allow her body to fully recover, restore health, and build the muscle needed for the next chapter.

People often focus on the final physique, but what made Audrey’s prep successful wasn’t just the training or nutrition…it was her consistency, adherence, determination and communication
