To say I’m proud of my client is an understatement.
So often we focus on a number, I want to weigh 125lbs, because that’s what women should weigh.
To state the obvious, it’s just not true. Being the healthiest version of you is not just your BMI, or the number on a scale.
It’s lifting weights, it’s eating real food, it’s holding yourself accountable everyday. Even on the days where you eat the cake and drink the wine and live your life. Getting healthy and “fit” is not a three month challenge or a three day fast, it’s a life style, a life style that gives more life to the one life you’ve got.

It’s honestly completely changed my outlook on kind of the rest of my life it’s like, ok this is what i need to be doing from now on, it’s improved everything for me. 4 of my girl friends in other parts of the world are now getting into strength training bc of me talking about it (thanks to you!)”
