If you are a beginning level CrossFit Athlete or Fitness enthusiast and want to get better at basic level bodyweight movement-core and strict strength, balance and coordination. The Elements program is for you. The Elements program starts at the ground floor of gymnastic position and movement. It applies a measured approach to developing pull and press strength along with building a variety of core stabilization exercises over a 6 week program. Ideal for the beginner WITHOUT a strict pull up, real push ups, a handstand or a ring or bar Muscle up. This linear strength and skill program gives and much as you put into and has shown incredible results. THE SKILL WOD-
The main track is for the established CrossFitter or Fitness enthusiast that has a base level of core stabilization and strict strength and can apply it to a skill. They can do strict, kipping pull ups, a Ring or Bar Muscle up and can Hold a descent handstand. The goal here is to progress to a competency level that allows for athletes to do 30 CTB Pull ups and 10 + Ring Muscle ups in a row. This is the meat and potatoes of movement for CrossFitters. You want to be great at bodyweight movement show an ability to be constant persistent and chase perfect technique on your way to 20 muscle ups in a row. THE SKILL WOD HV/HS-
This advanced track is for the consumate high level fitness enthusiast who has a strong capable understanding of moving their body through space: Up a rope, on the Rings, the Bar and on their hands.
