Physical Training and MMA Conditioning for that will develop motor skills, coordination, spatial awareness, overall physical strength, mental stability, confidence and wellness. My programs also include bodybuilding, basic self defense moves. High and low impact and intensity training. Exercise modifications for special populations. Virtual training available.

Good and bad news from doc: good news is that no broken bones (which surprised them) bad news: broken blood vessels and strained tendons and ligaments (the crack I heard) so can’t/shouldn’t drive or use for 1-2weeks. Friday I x-ray again to make sure there is no fracture because blood is leaking which is causing the swelling. and the

To date…this is the highest honor and respect from one of my previous clients. Private Yugi Z. From the . Everyone has a journey. When Yugi first started training with me a year ago and said that he wants to join the … well let’s just say I had my doubts! Yugi was a lot of work, but he was determined and no matter what I training I threw at him, dude still came back! This gentleman needed the full spectrum of training, , , and , for him to make the cut and get accepted into the Army. One day he never came back! I was convinced that he hated me lol. Until this week…a year later! He topped his class in and received honors (medal). He blames me for his achievements! Yugi…much gratitude but it’s your heart and determination. Thank you for the honor, this was a lesson for me as well. “Underestimate NO ONE”!

Sometime you’ve got to stop chasing the clock: take a 1/2 day or a full day “just for you”. No family, no friends, no lovers, no pets! 😊 just some good old fashion silence, quality food and rest! Today’s Menu: sautéed Lamb steaks, with purple Cabbage and Mushrooms - seasoned with cilantro, purple and white onions, grated ginger and dusted with sea-salt, garlic, cayenne and black pepper. 😋 Desert: Chopped Mangoes, Pear and whole cherries. Drink: partially frozen Ginger Beer!
