Scherezad moved to LA last October and found Beastie Boxing about 4 months ago. When she found Beastie, she had pretty much given up on achieving her fitness goals. She was the heaviest she had ever been and had been out of shape for almost 3 years. She felt perpetually tired and anxious. However, once she met Cedric and joined Beastie, her entire life changed.

She shared, ā€œBeastie is a community. Everyone you meet there (trainers and clients included) has a winning mentality and is there to better themselves. They all push each other to reach their goals. It is the most positive, fun and empowering environment to get in shape. Cedric has personally trained me in the most compassionate, encouraging and patient manner, and as a result, Iā€™m in the best shape of my life. I have more energy, focus and discipline than Iā€™ve ever had. Beastie has become like a second home, and even on the days when i donā€™t feel like working out, Iā€™m always so excited to be around that high performing energy at Beastie. Iā€™m so grateful to Cedric for helping me be the best version of myself!ā€
