Our 12th Annual Community Crushers returns this October. For those of you who are new, CC is our biggest event of the year with four weeks of competition beginning on October 5th and ending with a bang: a Lights-out Halloween Party on Friday, October 30th!

CC is a team-based (or solo), fun and friendly competition with one all-around category (no distinction between bouldering and rope climbing!).

We have an advanced medical injury evaluation developed for climbers coming up this September at Lincoln Heights. Performed by both Dr. Jared Vagy (aka The Climbing Doctor) and Dominic Park, a USC Upper Extremity Athlete Fellow, you will learn the reasons why you are injured and what is holding you back from achieving your true climbing potential. Your posture, muscle strength, flexibility and climbing technique are all assessed to give you a blueprint of your body identifying asymmetries and you will be set up with a plan to treat your injury.
