Oxy Distance carnival efforts yield 31 personal bests and two national leading times.
The distance runners competed at the Occidental Distance Carnival on Friday night and recorded 31 personal bests along with 13 seasonal bests in 49 races. National leading times were turned in by Jon Briskman winning the 10000 meters (30:34.61) and by Evan Molineux in the 1500 meters (3:52.0). Briskman's time is second in CMS and sixth in SCIAC history.

The sprinters, hurdles, jumpers and throwers will compete on Saturday, March 22 at the Randall Cunningham Invitational at UNLV. The entire team will compete again when they resume SCIAC competition on March 29 at Occidental.
