You finished an epic day on the mountain… now don’t skip the part that keeps you skiing well tomorrow. ⛷️
Most people go straight from their last run to aprés. Fun? Yes. Great for your body? Not exactly.
Take 5–10 minutes to reset before you call it a day:
• Easy rolling — glutes, mid-back, lats to calm everything down after absorbing turns all day.
• Deep squat hold — opens the hips, unloads the low back, and brings your body back to neutral.
• Controlled hip rotations — keeps your turn mechanics smooth and prevents that locked-up feeling the next morning.
It’s quick, simple, and makes a huge difference in how you feel when you click back in the next day.
