Meet the coach who turned small steps into a whole new life. đź’Ą

Coach Minilik found fitness, and it changed everything, his energy, his schedule, his mindset. Now he coaches here at Movement Society to give back the same way his own coaches once helped him.

He also brings his love for dance into the mix, blending movement and rhythm into workouts that actually feel fun.

His advice? Don’t chase the finish line on day one. Take it one day at a time, one workout at a time, and let small wins build into something bigger.
