6-Week Workshop
Start Sunday May 31st 1 pm
Ready to turn your aerial skills into performance art? Join Kennedy for an inspiring and supportive workshop focused on creativity, expression, storytelling, and stage presence.
Designed for all levels, this workshop will help you build confidence, explore movement quality, and develop your own artistic voice—whether it’s your first time performing or you’ve already been on stage.
Over 6 weeks, students will create a unique 2-minute demo piece that will be presented in a special invite-only showing at the end of the workshop.
Workshop Breakdown
Week 1: Space — Who and Where
Week 2: Quality of Movement — When and How
Week 3: Beyond the Apparatus — What
Week 4: Inspiration & Intention — Why
Week 5: Putting It All Together
Week 6: Final Presentation
Prerequisites
Currently enrolled in an aerial or pole class at Believe Fitness Studio
Ability to perform basic skills on your chosen apparatus
Commitment to all classes and final presentation
Willingness to step outside your comfort zone and explore creatively
This is an incredible opportunity to grow not only as an aerialist, but as a performer and artist.
