Congratulations to our BMW Managers Academy Graduates!
 
What an incredible week with all of you! Thank you for bringing your energy, your experiences, and your commitment to becoming better leaders. Watching you engage in our group discussions and generously share your best practices with each other—that’s what made this week so special.
 
Together, we dove into what really matters: discovering the mission and elements that build high-performance work teams, creating engagement that’s real and lasting, and understanding how purpose and culture become force multipliers in everything we do. We talked about truly knowing your players’ strengths, coaching them up with intention, focusing on the skill development that transforms performance, exploring different approaches to giving constructive feedback that lands, and mastering how to deliver an exceptional experience—every single time.

Over two incredible days, leaders from across the country joined us to sharpen their leadership skills and elevate their craft. This intensive workshop focused on what matters most: building high-performance teams that thrive.
 
What we explored together:

Congratulations to our incredible leaders on completing the BMW Managers Academy Intentional Leadership – two days of powerful learning, collaboration, and growth!
 
Over these two days, you tackled the topics that truly matter: understanding your purpose and shaping culture, mastering the art of coaching, and learning how to deliver exceptional experiences at every touchpoint.
 
You explored the nuances of constructive feedback – not just what to say, but how to say it in ways that inspire growth and build confidence. You dove into what it takes to build high-performing teams where every member feels valued, challenged, and empowered to do their best work.
 
And perhaps most importantly, you reinforced a fundamental truth: communication is the key to success. When leaders communicate with intention and authenticity, everything else falls into place.

CONGRATULATIONS to our BMW Shop Foreman Elite who just completed their intensive 4-day Leadership Development Workshop!
 
Over the past four days, these dedicated leaders dove deep into what it truly takes to build a high-performance work team. From exploring purpose and culture to uncovering more opportunities for successful recruitment, interviewing techniques, coaching strategies, and how to conduct constructive feedback meetings, they’ve sharpened the essential skills that drive excellence.
 
The key takeaway? Understanding just how much influence they have over their teams and the incredible responsibility that comes with it.
 
True leadership isn’t about holding a title – it’s about investing in your people, genuinely caring about their growth, and coaching them to reach their full potential.
 
Bryan W. shared a quote in class from Simon Sinek, which resonated: “Leadership is not about being in charge. It is about taking care of those in your charge.”
 
Here’s to leaders who understand that their success is measured by the success of those they lead! 💪

Watching you dive deep into purpose-driven leadership principles, challenge your assumptions, and emerge with renewed purpose has been nothing short of inspiring. You didn’t just attend sessions – you embraced vulnerability, shared authentic experiences, and committed to becoming the leaders your teams deserve.
 
The conversations, the “aha” moments, the honest reflections about what leadership truly means – this is where real growth happens. You’ve invested in yourselves, and that investment will ripple out to everyone whose lives you touch professionally and strengthen the very fabric of your organizational culture.
 
As you return to your roles, remember leadership isn’t a destination, it’s a daily practice. Wow! It was a fantastic week of leadership development with our Shop Foreman Elite managers nationwide. Thank you for setting the example of engagement for our workshop from day one! Your energy, passion and care for your team of technicians was felt. They are lucky to have you as their leader.
 
Perhaps the most meaningful aspect of our workshops was the perspectives and best practices shared! You already have great ideas and processes in place in your shops. This course allowed you to evaluate your team and fine-tune the ingredients for your people’s success. You can choose where to start based on their needs! 
 
As you complete your action plan, consider the key elements of building a high-performance work team and your ultimate goal: how your players deliver an exceptional experience. Engage them and communicate the WHY of their role. Then, develop and coach them to improve!  Coach Steve and I know you’ve got this!
