Baseball athletes excel when strength and movement are optimized. Our PFA Summer Training Strength & Movement Assessments evaluated 96 athletes to identify what they’re doing well and where they can improve. Better movement. Better training. Better performance. Summer training kicks off this week!

Starts next week: PFA’s Youth Summer Pitching & Hitting Program for ages 8–12.

Small groups, real coaching, and a positive environment where kids learn how to move well, compete, and have fun doing the work.

Proteus evaluation day data from day two for our PFA Summer Baseball Training group is ready, and we’ve combined it with our first evaluation group. Special thanks to for leading our Proteus testing! Softball girls are next and their evaluations will start Tuesday afternoon.
