Feel like putting those workout walks to good use? I've done this event, bring sunscreen, great people, lots of fun activities and products plus a dog fashion show with rescues who still haven't been adopted.

Dancing opportunities abound this weekend! Cardio Hip Hop Saturday LA Dancefit @ 4:30pm. Zumba @ 9am Saturday in Pasadena with another Dancefit instructor, Julie Schatz!
