Pay: $67,000 - $71,000 annually

Reports to: Executive Director

Overall Function

The Program Coordinator for CalFresh Healthy Living will oversee & supervise staff, delivery of program services with collaborating agencies, evaluate program success and will serve as a full-time liaison for administrative program and fiscal matters.

Experience:

Program Management: 2 years (Preferred)
Nutrition Education: 1 year (Required)
Health Education: 1 year (Required)

Group Facilitator - Black Infant Health (BIH) Program

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $41,000 - $46,000 annually

Reports to: Program Supervisor

Overall Function

Under the direct supervision of the Program Supervisor, the Group Facilitator will conduct group intervention activities/support groups for BIH program clients using DPH approved curriculum.
