A little bit of life lately. ✨
My days have been so full caring for Cal and getting back into a routine with the older kids activities. He is following in his sister’s footsteps and proving to be a calm little baby who we love talking to during the day.
My body is healing well and I have finally made it back onto my mat. I pulled up one of my old YouTube videos for Sawyer and I to do together and she loved watching Clover wander around in the background. Those videos are still up for you to practice.
Showing up each week to run at the gym and lift light weights has given me a lot more energy. As I enter into my late 30s, I see how my hormones are effecting my body but keeping up with the basics of sleep, exercise, sunlight, and proper nutrition has been instrumental during this season of postpartum.
And of course, taking plenty of time to rest and let this little one nap on my chest because time flies and before I know it, he will be running after his siblings and I’ll be wondering where the time went - determined to feel complete by being present for these little moments of bliss. ✨
