When you know, you are doing everything you can do get to your goal 💪🏻 .
I don't want to sound crazy here, but I feel sharing something with you guys: .
I miss seeing my friends & clients; I miss my favorite boba places; I miss the smell of the iron in the gym; I miss the beach and all the freedom that is taken away from us, but, I have to be honest and admit that I kind of been liking, appreciating & enjoying these past seven weeks 😍
I found A LOT OF POSITIVE during the period:
more time to spend with my fam; more time to focus on my online training platform and even go back to virtual training ( I used to that ten years ago on skype, when training overseas clients); more time to study what I am passionate about ( fitness & wellness) - and definitely, more time to focus on my training!
Even though I am a trainer and my life before the quarantine was pretty much in the gym, I have found myself, in these crazy circumstances ( hard to believe), very focused, and extremely motivated to get my workouts done and to keep pushing towards my goal.
I have been planning my entire day around my workout & made it my number 1 priority (Kai was not starving or ignored 😉) SCHEDULED in my daily ~ at home ~ calendar! .
I wanted to take advantage of the extra hours not spent in traffic or running around doing things and invest in me! I can not tell you how happy I am for doing that. I feel
