Meet Janaé:

Janaé is a professional dancer and dance instructor born and raised in Prince George’s County, Maryland. After relocating to Los Angeles in 2017 to pursue her dance career, she graduated from the American Musical Theatre Academy in 2019 with training spanning ballet, jazz, hip hop, twerk, heels, and beyond.

Her professional credits include Megan Thee Stallion, Doechii, and Kanye West, among others.

We’re so excited to see everyone at The CoCreate Collective this Sunday!

This space- The CoCreate Collective - was created because I know what it feels like to carry big goals quietly. To want more. To feel strong some days and completely unsure on others.

We are not meant to grow alone.

The CoCreate Collective is about ownership. It’s about speaking your goals out loud. It’s about taking one uncomfortable step instead of waiting for the confidence, the courage or the “right time”

Some months you will feel powerful.
Some months will feel heavy.

We’ll spend time inside Joshua Tree National Park — hiking, exploring, and letting the desert do what it does best.

Things slow down out here.
Your mind gets quieter.

Golden hour in the desert feels UNREAL — and we’ll capture it. 🌅

This isn’t a performative shoot.
No pressure to “look” a certain way.

Pick - A- Trick & STRETCH 2 hour Specialty Workshop Sat 3.14

40 minutes of intentional, full-body deep stretching designed to unlock your range and prepare your body for your favorite pole shapes. Using supportive tools like blocks, straps, the wall, and the pole itself, you’ll safely explore deeper mobility while building the active flexibility needed for cleaner lines and smoother transitions.

After warming and opening the body, you’ll “pick a trick” — a shape, pose, or pathway you want to refine — and apply your new range right away with guided coaching and options for all levels.
