Equipment: Single Dumbbell

I recommend you have a second dumbbell handy that is lighter or heavier so you can switch if needed.
1οΈβ£ Squat Press, 1 min
2οΈβ£ Squat Chop, 1 min
3οΈβ£ Skater Jumps, 1 min
4οΈβ£ Plank Pullovers, 45 sec
5οΈβ£ Russian Twists, 45 sec
6οΈβ£ Down Up Chop, 1 min per side
7οΈβ£ Obstacle/Log Jumps, 1 min
8οΈβ£ Plank Flies, 30 sec per side
9οΈβ£ Crunch Press, 30 sec per side
π Pendulum Lunge Chops, 1 min per side
