You’ve been putting all of your efforts into the weekdays just for you to completely fall off on the weekends 📈📉👇

You’ve been good..

Eating healthy, showing up in the gym but as soon as that Saturday hits..

BOOM💥 everything comes crashing down

You start to eat all of the foods you’ve been depriving yourself from

You try to stop but your mind tell you “you already messed up, might as well eat some more”

Only for you to feel like garbage the next day..

So thrown off you try to get back into momentum the whole week, just for you to do the same thing come Saturday…

Sound familiar?

That used to be me falling in and out of momentum and never seeing real progress

“How do these fitness people do it?” I used to ask myself

It took me years to fix my damaged relationship with food and now it’s become my life to help others

No you are not weak

You need a diet that you can sustain, the one that truly doesn’t feel like a chore

This is my advice to you

Instead of pushing for “perfect” aim for 80%

80% whole and high protein foods

And 20% foods that you enjoy

Trust me you will see better and more sustainable results not restricting yourself

Working out 5-6x a week and still not seeing results 😖⬇️

You’re putting your heart and soul into these workouts with NO results to show for it..

You’re frustrated, hungry, and ultimately want to give up 😔

No you are not broken, trust me I thought the same thing..

The reason why you can’t lose fat from training more and eating less is because there is no REAL structure to your routine..

You’re doing random YouTube & swipe workouts and eating one meal a day

First of all, those workouts have ZERO structure to them.

They do not work for your body type and goals

And eating one meal a day is not even enough to fuel a toddler

My clients are seeing better results now that they eating MORE and training with DIRECTION

If your routine hasn’t given you the results by now it’s insanity to keep following it expecting a different result

Don’t worry about anyone else!!

You are letting YOURSELF down

Every single time you tell yourself that “No one is going to notice anyways”

You lose integrity with yourself

You become accustomed to letting yourself down

Do you think your body can take another 10-20 years of 12+ hour shifts with one meal in your system? ⤵️

It might sound harsh but you need to hear it

Do you think working 12 hour days plus overtime with one meal in your system is going to get you anywhere but in the hospital?? 🏥

You say you don’t have time to workout or eat right but as soon as your job needs you for an extra 3-5 hours, you make the time..

That just goes to should what you value more

Yes the job pays the bills but do you think you’ll be able to work like this for the next 10+ years with the health already depleting at 25

Stop and think about yourself

You have been living like a robot

Open your eyes and before it’s too late

Because on your death bed I doubt the last thought in you head will be I should have took that extra shift..

How I stopped emotional eating 🤕⤵️

I used to eat whenever I was sad or even bored…

It became a habit.

Until that habit lead me to fearing every single time I got my lab results back

I had no energy, hated my body and honestly didn’t care if I lived a long life

I was alone and in pain

And the one thing I turned to was food but that also is the reason I was in the situation I was in

So I started to starved myself ❌🍔

Until I eventually broke and binged out all night long 🍔🌮🍟🍪

Which brought me back right back to square one

I felt like this cycle lasted for years before I knew how to cope with it

If your like me and you feel like you have tried everything, don’t give up just yet

These are 3 tips that helped me break that cycle

👉 When I found myself reaching for a snack I grabbed a water instead!
Most of the time your body isn’t hungry but thirsty

👉 Eating more high protein and Whole Foods!
Kept me satiated thought the day!

👉 Stay productive!
Go out find a hobby/sport you can put your time into! The more you mind is focused on doing something you love you don’t find yourself reaching for whatever is sitting in the pantry

Emotional eating shouldn’t be your “norm”

Go take back YOUR life 💪

Thinking it’s selfish

But what if you could get something that not only benefits you but also your loved ones

Invest in your HEALTH

So many people think it’s selfish for them to give themselves the SAME time, effort, money like they do for other people
