If you’re new here, here’s a little bit about me.🤍

My name is Amanda Kassar and I have two private Pilates studios in Los Angeles and a fitness app, Core Club.

I am fully certified through STOTT in all apparatuses including mat, reformer, barrels, cadillac and chair ranging from beginner to advanced. Being able to incorporate all pieces of equipment really enhances the whole method of pilates, not just a series of exercises.

I’ve been teaching for 10+ years. This is my absolute passion to help people feel good about their body, correct posture, heal them through injuries or prepare them for major milestones.

I believe in traditional pilates and contemporary. I think there’s a time, place and body for both. I always listen to what the client needs and then I add my special touch. I’m so lucky to have built this amazing community over the years through retreats, events and book clubs.

I’m also the co-founder of , an organic meal plan delivery service in Southern California. Feeling your best starts from within and nothing compliments my workouts better than organic nutrition, free of gmos, gluten, seed oils, and processed sugar.

Book Club is back on the 6th year anniversary of ! I feel so lucky to have met so many amazing people in my studio who have by now become far more than clients. 🤍

Last night I hosted the author, Eric Heisserer, and his business partner Carmen Lewis, who led the discussion of his new book, Simultaneous. 📖

It was a beautiful evening with food from and incredible wines from by partner/ sommelier
