Capoeira Brasil Northeast Los Angeles is a family friendly martial arts, creative movement and functional fitness program specializing in the instruction of the Afro-Brazilian art of Capoeira. LA is run by Pavão and Chegado and is supervised by world renowned master, Mestre Boneco. Capoeira Brasil Northeast LA opened in 2005, part of XTC Training Center in Eagle Rock. Over the past 15 years, the program lead by locals, Pavão and Chegado, has grown tremendously. CB Northeast LA is a large and diverse community of families, youth and adults committed to training in a supportive environment. With a focus on cultural exchange, health, well-being, physical creativity, fitness and tradition the program has thrived and continues to grow.
