• We start with a fitness and Ultra Sound Body Composition Analysis evaluation to assess all components of your individual fitness and nutrition, allowing us to establish your individual baseline, and to identify any bio mechanical problems which lowers the risk for injury.
• We then create an exercise strategy and prescription that is designed specifically for you, to take you to your highest level of performance and body composition. This is the quickest way to get results and to attain your fitness goals. FITNESS COACHING

We coach highly effective 60 minute group sessions. With a maximum of only 5 people per class, you are coached as an individual to quickly and efficiently help you attain your fitness goals, whether it is to lose weight, or perform better in your sport. NUTRITIONAL COACHING

What food you put in your mouth has the biggest impact on how you look and feel. Clients are required to fill in a convenient online food journal for the first 8-10 weeks they are with us. We look at the information every 7 days and send you back comments to move you to your goal. This allows us to determine any problem areas that may be limiting your body composition and/or physical performance change. By combining Fitness and Nutritional coaching you will be amazed how quickly you will progress! WHY IS IT SO DIFFICULT TO BE SUCCESSFUL AT MAKING A CHANGE IN ONE'S FITNESS AND BODY?

• The major problem is that most exercise is random. You lift weights one day, spin another day, yoga another day etc. There is no effective strategy or tactics. Toyo is really athletic as this is a difficult exercise. We have been focusing on the medial glute as it reduces back irritation if it is weak.
