January 2026, I made a move that felt unprecedented to me: I stopped prioritizing making money.

For 30 years, I’ve been either a six-figure earner or a seven-figure business owner. That’s a long time to have your identity wrapped around a number. It’s also major pressure on your nervous system and body.

Somewhere along the way, it turned into a messed up catch-22. The numbers had to keep getting bigger just for me to *feel* anything. The hit. The surge. I was sourcing my value worth externally and calling it ambition.

From the outside, it looked like success. Inside, I felt empty and disconnected from myself. Success never lasted or felt like success… I was in this cycle of hitting milestones where I’d feel satisfied by for minutes, sometimes hours, before I was already reaching for the next one.

The even worse part is all the praise and admiration I got from others made me feel guilty, ungrateful, and even isolated. I wondered why I just couldn’t be content and happy. Why did peace and ease always seem like a moving target?

For the last two years, I’ve been in a deep reclamation process. It’s about not outsourcing worth. No more racing to check off the next goal just to chase that fleeting hit of satisfaction.

It’s the process of alchemy, really. Taking something ordinary and turning it into gold. It’s going from “hustle to herself”. The process of being a woman for whom success never quite felt like success, to one where even the ordinary moments start to feel like gold.

Trust me the last thing you want to do if you’re going through the Dark Night of the soul is to half step this evolution.

This can be the most magical evolution of your life, but you have to be willing to get comfortable to sit in the void. And let go of timelines... which is often the hardest part.

It’s officially Virgo season, and whether you have Virgo in your chart or not, this is for you too.

Most people think of Virgos as perfectionists. For most of my life, I was an absolute perfectionist: get it right, be useful, work hard (and harder), optimize it all, constantly jumping through hoops to prove myself.

Holy s**t, I was so good at checking off all those boxes. Built multiple 7-figure businesses. Made a s**t ton of money. Became the person everyone could always count on.

That became a big part of my identity, and I found myself trapped in it. I measured my worth by how much I could do and hold.

Then the whole fu***ng thing stopped working.

The last two years haven’t been about becoming less ambitious or losing my edge. The lesson was learning discernment: just because I could do something doesn’t mean I should.

I had to discern for myself what felt true, what was mine, what REALLY matters. What and who gets my energy, and what and who doesn’t anymore.

Perfection became precision. Overdoing became discernment. That’s Virgo AF, chart placement or not.

It’s been the most liberating thing I’ve ever done. Plus the most peace and ease I’ve ever felt.

If you’re a perfectionist, or if you feel like you’re always behind, I built a process for exactly for this kinda of self-imposed pressure. It’s called The Real Recap, I use it regularly and my clients love it. If you’re ready to break the pattern of always feeling like you must do more and never feeling like enough, The Real Recap is where I’d start.

Comment “REAL RECAP” and I’ll share it with you, or get the link from my bio.

🐇 I definitely followed the white rabbit.

This past year has been one deep dive into the rabbit hole on how humans actually create change. REAL sustainable change.

It’s been the season of “healer, heal thyself”.

We can’t hold people through a shift that we aren’t willing and able to do ourselves.

For almost a year I’ve been doing my own work with Somatics which has taught me to listen to the body and nervous system. We are talking DEEP REWIRING work.

Apparently that wasn’t enough because the Universe said, “Cute. Keep going.”

So I spent the summer going ALL IN learning NLP, Time Techniques, Emotional Freedom Techniques (tapping), and hypnotherapy.

Here’s the part I’m obsessed with:

These modalities don’t compete with each other. It’s not do we use this or that. It’s a blend and integration. It gives me multiple options to work with someone based on the season they are in, the work they have done, and the present moment.

All these theories and modalities are showing me different access points into the same human system.

The stories we tell.

The meanings we make.

The unconscious patterns running underneath them.

The protective strategies we developed.

The sensations and impulses living in the body.

The nervous system’s capacity to actually hold something different.

The power of the subconscious and how our words create our worlds.

Seriously, this is the most Virgo thing about me:

I don’t want one hammer that makes every human problem look like a nail.

I want precision.

I want to understand what I’m actually looking at.

Is this a belief that needs to be questioned?

An unconscious pattern that needs to be interrupted?

A protective strategy that needs to be understood?

An emotion that needs to move?

A nervous system that needs more capacity?

A body that needs to feel safe enough to let go?

Because transformation isn’t about being loyal to a modality.

It’s about knowing which doorway will actually get you somewhere.

And THIS is where I’m in my element.

I’m not big on trends, especially hopping on one late. But this one? It kinda lit something within.

Beyond being a trend, it’s a permission slip to stop editing yourself down to the parts that are easiest to explain.

I am the woman who spent $125,000 getting an executive MBA in order to get a promotion then resigned from her COO role within 2 months of getting it.

Someone who was a divorced single mom who then met her soul mate and had a baby with him at 40. Who built multiple 7-figure businesses and walked away when they no longer felt right.

The one who walks ancient pilgrimages AND builds funnels. Who can shift from channeling downloads from the universe to building out a formula in a spreadsheet without missing a beat.

Who, in one moment, is talking to her client about strategy and, the next, is moving them through nervous system regulation and rewiring.

I used to think I needed to pick a lane. Likr being this many things was confusing or too much or hard to explain.

Well this is exactly who I am.

When you have the knowing of who the f**k you are, all of it, the messy, the multi-layered, the doesn’t-fit-in-a-box parts, then you stop feeling behind, stop the constant comparing, stop the frenzy of always having to chase the next thing.

This is my Virgo season declaration. The shift from the Go Getter who chases into becoming the Gold Getter who easily and effortlessly attracts. Standing tall in all of it.

Who are you, all of you? Tell me one kinda chic thing about yourself in the comments.

We’ve forgotten in all the busyness our connection with nature, cycles and our intuition.

Somewhere along the way we started believing that more effort, more strategy, more optimizing was the answer. That if we just pushed hard enough, long enough, we could outwork the rhythm we were literally built to move with.

I know you’re the woman who figures it out and gets it done. And I also know you’ve been wondering, if there’s a simpler way to do all of this.

There is.

The Ancient civilizations built their entire lives around one thing: knowing when to move and when to let the cycle do the work.

Every August, the Nile flooded. Not because someone forced it. Because it was time. And everything planted in that season grew because of it, not in spite of it.

In modern times they now call this season the Lions Gate, July 26 through August 12, the window that brings in abundance.

There’s a way to incorporate this ancient intelligence and rhythm to our modern lives.

It starts with seeing yourself clearly. Not the filtered version, or that version of you that’s always feeling behind... It starts with what’s actually true about how far you’ve come and what you’re genuinely capable of.

That’s what The Real Recap was made for. It’s the exact process I use every time I’m completing a chapter and stepping into the next one. It's for the women who end up looking back in December amazed at what unfolded started here.

Comment or DM REAL and I’ll share it with you.
