Congrats to our 2nd ever 1500 club member Hung Ngo 🙌🙌! Hung has been coming to our studio since 2019 and he doesn’t even live in the arts district! He lives all the way on the other side of DTLA and rides his electric scooter or more recently his 🚲 in the dark and is always the first one in class (*cough* rest of you 515am’ers take notes *cough*). That is dedication! He also holds the distinction of being the only person to take 7 classes in a day (that is not a compliment so please don’t attempt this 😅). All kidding aside Hung gives a lot to the studio whether it’s helping clean, using his 3D printing skills to make awards or hosting parties at his rooftop bachelor pad, it’s no surprise why he is so appreciated and has made so many friends within our community. I’ve had the pleasure of sharing so many fun memories in and out of the studio with him and hope we’ll get to make some more! Congrats on 1500 Hung!! 🙌🙌🙌

Congrats to@kleenox for joining our !! Lennox joined us back in 2022 and not only has he become noticeably stronger but he’s also become a big part of our community 💪. When I first met him he came off as a bit shy but when you spend a little time with him you understand why he is one of the most likable guys on the 🌎! And he shows up for more than just workouts. He’s a familiar face at all our social events, stepped up to help out with our run club and is one of the biggest supporters in our community showing up to cheer members on wherever they are competing.
Outside the studio, he’s an avid runner that enjoys ✈️ the 🌍 to compete in marathons. He has also taken on a few HYROX races and most recently completed his first triathlon!! For his bday, once decided to bike a 💯miles!😳
Congrats once again for your big milestone and thank you for being such an important part of what makes our community special. Looking forward to what else you can accomplish on the road to 1000!

Huge congrats to Cheryl for joining our exclusive 🙌! Cheryl first tried us out towards the end of 2020 when we were running outdoor classes due to COVID. We would only see her at most 1x per week on Sundays but we weren’t the closest F45 to her so it wasn’t too surprising. But then that slowly turned into Saturdays & Sundays. Then she’d sprinkle in a few week day classes. It wasn’t until 2.5 years later that she would become a full time member still driving from further out to train with us. But boy did that pay off! Since then she completed her first half marathon, her first FULL marathon, 4 Hyrox races, AND her first ULTRA MARATHON! What an incredible journey it has been and what a pleasure it has been to see her fitness 🚀. She is also one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet so it’s no surprise how much she’s loved within our community! She also does not take attention well (see her hiding in the last slide) but please don’t let that stop you from giving her a big congrats next time you see her! Go Cheryl! Looking forward to see what you accomplish next! Keep inspiring 🔥🔥🔥

! The 515 got a nice surprise today with special coach SCARLET ANNE STOKER 😍. Scarlet was the first ever coach hired at back in 2018. She started before we finished construction at the studio and we had her doing all sorts of things including outdoor bootcamps and helping out with marketing events…all while 🤰 . She is single handedly the one that convinced me you don’t have to treat pregnant people w/ kid gloves (unless a👩‍⚕️says of course) as she continued to crush workouts close to delivery. She also dove head first into our community and made lifelong friendships and she has been dearly missed. Even though she’s in Georgia now she still is part of the . Hopefully we’ll get another dose of Scarlet on her next trip to LA 🤞

The ab roller trains anti-extension to help protect our back. When doing the exercise we want to minimize the amount our spine goes into extension so only roll out as far as you can go without arching your back while keeping your hips fully extended.
