Part-Time Dance Director

We are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced, and motivated Part-Time Dance Director to lead and grow our children's dance program. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves teaching young dancers and wants to build a successful program while growing professionally.
Our dance program currently serves children ages 3–11 and offers ballet, jazz, and tap. We are looking for a leader who is passionate about creating a positive learning environment, developing students, and helping expand enrollment.
Position Details
Part-time position (approximately 20 hours per week to start)
Starting salary: $415 per week
Approximately 6 teaching classes per week initially, Saturday and Sunday Mornings
Opportunity for increased hours, compensation, bonuses, and leadership responsibilities as the program grows
Responsibilities
Teach engaging ballet, jazz, and tap classes for children ages 3–11
Develop creative, age-appropriate lesson plans
Direct and oversee the growth of the dance program
Help plan recitals and special events
Recruit and retain students through outstanding customer service
Assist with marketing through social media, community outreach, school partnerships, and local events
Handle administrative responsibilities including scheduling, parent communication, and program organization
Mentor and support dance instructors as the program expands
Qualifications
Experience teaching ballet, jazz, and tap to young children
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Positive, energetic, and dependable
Organized with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities
Experience with marketing, enrollment growth, or program leadership is a plus
Passion for building a thriving children's dance program
