The saga continues, 3 countries in 24 hours.
Late nights. Early flights. Eat. Sleep. Showtime. Repeat.

This is the reality of life on tour - nonstop movement, constant travel, and still finding a way to Get It In.

As the Fitness Coach, my responsibility is keeping the team conditioned, recovered, and performance-ready through the chaos. Some days that means two-a-days… a morning session straight off the jet and another pre-show workout before hitting the stage.

People see the lights, the crowd, the performance… but this is the work behind it.

The discipline. The preparation. The commitment to staying ready at the highest level.
