IMPACT Personal Safety Because Your Life Is Worth Fighting For! We offer smart, effective verbal & physical adrenaline-state, full-force self-defense training.

IMPACT exists because one in three women worldwide will be assaulted in her lifetime. After the IMPACT training, that number drops to one in thirty and those who are assaulted report successfully defending themselves in the situation and living to tell about it. We teach a full-force self-defense using real life situations. Combining the expertise of martial artists with research taken from both v

ictims and perpetrators of violent crimes, our highly developed program is designed to provide our students with realistic and useful fighting skills for themselves.

Yesterday, our beloved founder Lisa Gaeta passed away. We are all still processing and coming to terms with the news. Lisa started IMPACT 41 years ago with the dream that people would walk around and live their lives confidently without fear of violence. Tens of thousands of people have taken the course that she developed and have said they look and feel more prepared for anything. Lisa helped shape so many peoples lives and her loss will be felt for years to come.
