We finished a 80 minute lower body/posterior workout today with some KB swangs.
10 swings every minute on the minute for 10 minutes.
My man swinging the 88lb big boi today! Woo!

Getting that work with this morning.
When he’s not busy chasing fires for , he’s in here keeping it toight for the camera.
Today we did a kettlebell goblet squat paired up with a swing.
Goblet Squat- 10,9,8,7,6 reps
KB Swing- 10,12,14,16,18 reps
Limited rest.. .
Boom.

Ten Kettlebell swings every minute, on the minute, for 20 minutes. .
That’s 200 swings at 106lb(Me) and 70.4lb()
Super fun.
