Last week we took the kids to Florida for spring break, and I made an effort to unplug from social media, clear my calendar and focus on rest and being with my kids.
It wasn’t that easy. 🙈

As a solopreneur, creative and a mom in the midst of a pandemic, it can feel like the work is never done, but I know that’s a fast road to burnout.

Why is it so hard for women to invest in ourselves?

We are constantly giving to others, prioritizing others, and when it comes to investing time & money in ourselves.. most of us come up against resistance.

As my mentor Andee Love says, the transformation begins the moment you say YES.

Last year I joined a Mastermind with Andee; a year long program for women who are ready to rise to their full potential. It was a leap of faith to make an investment of time and money, join a group of women I didn't know and say yes to a new coach. BUT, I felt the tug, and I listened. I knew I was ready to ignite something deeper, and my intuition told me to take the leap! ✨

My journey has been anything but a straight line, and today I'm getting real and vulnerable about making a pivot, aka evolving into the next expression of self!

Growing into purpose requires you to give yourself the permission to express yourself, your hopes, and your dreams. My journey required me to step out of my comfort zone, listen to my tugs and stay curious.

Stepping away from the familiar is scary, but when we let go and trust what's ahead, we inevitably find more peace.
