I’ve been a Bala Babe forever, and the more I grow, the more wellness feels less about doing more and more about returning to what truly matters:
•A foam rolling session.
•Legs up the wall and gentle stretches coupled with breaths.
•A walk with my dog, grounding in nature in silence.
•A quiet moment on the mat.
The simplest rituals are the ones that keep me the most grounded.
