with an option for both indoor and outdoor healing space
sessions focus on your personal needs and experience
one hour long classes on a sliding scale $75-108

i also share morning group yoga practice on zoom:

tue 10-11am PST (vinyasa) flow through a series of asanas for joy, balance + prana
wed 9-10am PST (gentle) gentle flowing movement with the elements
thu 10-11am PST (vinyasa) yoga as moving meditation
