It is very important to really get to know your athletes individually and their personal abilities/goals when coaching them. We program our MOD (movement of the day) based on the level of athletes we coach. We are really about process and we like to see transformations because they are part of a process.▪️1st Step in that process is changing your mind.
▪️2nd Step is to set small goals that leads to a larger goals.
▪️3rd Step is committing to action.
▪️4th Step is monitoring progress and making adjustments.
▪️5th Step is to reach smaller goals and then repeat.
It’s that simple. We love being a part of that process for our athletes and noticing the mental and physical changes they make!!!!

In addition, after the end of each session we have a two minute debrief circle time. We discuss their personal approach on what they noticed most during the drills that motivated them to keep pushing! Here is a glimpse of our athletes approach after Monday’s session! Enjoy!
