We specialize in Vinyasa based Alignment and Form of the Asanas and the Breath. Knekoh is back at the beautiful Chevy Chase Library in the hills above Glendale, Saturday's 9-10am

We’d love to see you there.
This class is a series that runs in 10 week increments. The cost is $150. A bargain at only $15 per class.
Please note, Knekoh will be in India late Feb and early March. There will therefore be a break Feb 18 and 25 and a sub on Mar 4. This series concludes on April 1.

Join for a special class this Sunday, 10:30AM. The class is called Restoring Equanimity. A restorative practice designed to ease physical and mental trauma and stress, bringing the body, mind and spirit into a state of balanced peace. A few props will be needed for this class. Please have on hand 2-3 blankets or a yoga bolster.

She is also teaching Saturday’s Alignment and Breath at 12noon. This is a class designed for first timers but is also a great refresher for seasoned practitioners.

Our founder and director Knekoh Fruge' will be presenting at SYTAR, the International Association of Yoga Therapists annual Symposium of Yoga Therapy and Research. She will be tackling the issues of 'computer neck'.
