One of the most meaningful parts of my Surf Sweat Serve | Retreats retreats is the SERVE, giving back to the communities that welcome us so generously and putting gratitude into action.

After traveling to El Salvador for the past 10 years and now calling this beautiful country home for almost two, my love and appreciation for its people and communities continues to grow, and I’d love to rally my LA surf community and friends to support the local groms! 🤙🏽

So many kids grow up in rural coastal communities with the ocean literally in their backyard, but access to surf equipment isn’t always financially accessible.🌊

And if you know me, you know I believe the ocean is MEDICINE! It’s a place for joy, movement, connection, emotional release, and healing, and that magic should be accessible to everyone. 🧜🏼‍♀️

Not because you’ve never been wronged or hurt or deeply disappointed- but because peace is something you deserve and forgiveness, like gratitude, will set you free. 🩵

Because you deserve to be free of the pain that others caused because ultimately it’s not about you, it’s a reflection of them. 🤍

Gratitude is what keeps me going, gratitude is what opens doors and spaces to create incredible containers like these. ✨
