In fact, when’s the last time you gave yourself a safe space to actually feel your emotions.
Your truest self
Your rawest self
Not the self trying to protect you
Not the self worried about being loved
Not the self looking to be accepted or palatable
But the self who is MAD
The self who is sad
The self holding the anger, the fear, the deep frustrating rage. 😤
The self who wants to forgive
The self who wants to be free
The self who craves joy, peace and self love 💕
🎯 In order to let something go we first must have fully held it- fully felt it- touched it, handled it, looked at it, sat with it. 👁️
Then; and only then can you fully release it.
So no, it wasn’t a lot to witness you fully feel it
It wasn’t a lot to watch you embody it
It wasn’t a lot to hear you move it
It’s actually an honor to see you alchemize it.
It’s an honor to witness you allow yourself to be fully alive in the human animal that you are. 🐆
So again, save the apologies for when they matter- for now, a simple ‘you’re welcome’ will do. 🫶🏼
