“Dear Future Me”
This has quietly become one of my favorite manifestation tools to share with you. 🌸
It takes 5 minutes before bed, no crystals, no perfect routine… just a pen, a page, and your honesty.
I first started guiding Tiger through this as part of his 60‑day money experiment (we use TEM: Thought = Energy = Mass). But it works for anything you’re calling in: body, business, love, healing.
Here’s how you can try it tonight.
5-Minute “Dear Future Me” Ritual (That Actually Changes Tomorrow)
Before you scroll yourself to sleep, try this:
1. Set the scene (30–60 seconds)
Put your phone face down.
Place one hand on your chest or belly.
Take 3 slow breaths.
You’re just telling your nervous system:
We’re safe enough to imagine something better.
2. Start the letter (2–3 minutes)
On a blank page, write:
“Dear Future Me (who already lives the life I’m manifesting),
I imagine you waking up and feeling…”
Then let it flow. Describe:
How your body feels when you wake up...
What your morning looks like...
How you move through your day (work, money, food, movement, people)...
How you talk to yourself...
How you rest at night...
Don’t worry about being “realistic.”
You’re not writing a to‑do list, you’re sketching an energetic blueprint.
3. Ask Future You for instructions (1–2 minutes)
Now, write:
“What did you start thinking that allowed you to become this version of us?
What did you stop believing?
What tiny change did you make first?”
Pause. Breathe.
Then write whatever comes up—even if it feels like you’re making it up.
That “made up” voice is often your Future You talking.
4. Turn it into tomorrow’s plan (30 seconds)
Look back at what you wrote and circle:
One thought you want to practice tomorrow...
One tiny action Future You would take...
That’s it. That’s your manifestation work for the next 24 hours:
One thought.
One tiny action.
Repeated gently.
