One of Team Marshall's favorite Jiu Jitsu athletes, performing a "Aqua Bag Get Up". This is basically a Turkish Get-Up while using a Aqua Bag filled with air and 80 pounds of water to make it VERY unstable and mimic the challenging and unpredictable movement an athlete faces while grappling. Awesome movement and much harder than it looks.
*please learn the proper movement mechanics for a Turkish get-up before attempting the movement with an overhead kettlebell or aqua bag. When using an aqua bag, please begin with a light bag and progressively build as your skills improve.
