It's almost summer time. You know what that means. It's time for less clothes and more tan. Don't decide to workout when you're already at the pool party. Summer beachbody tip #1: Do empty-stomach cardio in the morning for the 30 min. It's not fun if the friends don't LOOK GOOD too so don't be afraid share this on your post as well with your friends.

The weekend is almost over. Tomorrow is a new week so why take one simple step to a better nutrtion to work off some of those winter pounds.

ITS VERY SIMPLE! Make sure to eat breakfast. Every meal is important, but making sure to start your day off with a healthy sensible breakfast has been proven to spark your metabolism for the day.

Try it for one week and let us know how it goes.
