« Aikishintaiso is a Japanese compound word made up of several ideograms: Ai means harmony, encounter. Ki means energy, Shin means spirit, and taiso means gymnastics.
Reading the word, we understand that it refers to “gymnastics for harmonizing energy in order to attain one’s spiritual identity.”
